MEET OUR PROVIDERS
MEET ANGIE OSBORN, APRN

At Unwind Your Mind, we believe mental health care should feel human.
Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, to feel seen, and to know they’re not alone.
I’m Angie Osborn, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and lifelong nurse. I’ve been in patient care since 2007—first in critical care, now in psychiatry—because I’ve always been the one people come to when things feel too heavy to carry alone.
After years at the bedside, I saw how often emotional pain was overlooked. That changed everything for me.
So I created Unwind Your Mind as a space where people from every background, belief, and identity are welcomed exactly as they are—with no judgment, just care that listens.
Our clinic blends evidence-based psychiatry with heart. We serve children, teens, and adults because mental wellness matters at every age—and because I know from experience how deeply early care can change a life.
Our values are rooted in love, honesty, and responsibility. We do not tolerate harm, hate, or anything that divides us. Here, neighbors become allies in healing.
If you’re walking through something hard, you’re not a burden.
You belong here.
And you’re safe with us.
