Provider Responsibilities
Unwind Your Mind Psychiatry and Wellness will do the following:

To prescribe responsibly and ethically within the standard of care.

To monitor patient safety through regular follow-up, screenings, and treatment review.

To educate patients about side effects, interactions, and expectations.

To report any suspected abuse, diversion, or illegal activity to the proper authorities.

While we strive to maintain continuity of care with your preferred provider whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that patients will always be scheduled with a specific provider.
All providers at UYM Clinic are licensed, qualified, and committed to providing excellent care.
In the event of provider availability changes, clinic transitions, or other administrative adjustments, you may be seen by another qualified provider within our team to ensure timely and appropriate care.
